You were likely taught to be “nice,” quiet, and “feminine”—and that your anger was dangerous or messy. But this isn’t a failure of character; rather, it’s protection. In fact, instead of exposing weakness, it actually reflects your nervous system’s wisdom. Moreover, it reveals how your body responds to overwhelm and, therefore, protects you from collapse. At the same time, it guides you toward healing and helps you reconnect with your innate power

We’ll talk about:

  • The Fusion of Fire and Flood: Anger and grief intertwine deeply—anger often carries grief with heat.
  • The Nervous System’s Shield: How anger acts as mobilization, preventing our female nervous system from collapsing completely into helplessness.

There is nothing wrong with your anger. In fact, it is sacred, and therefore, it becomes the fuel for your homecoming. Moreover, instead of pushing it away, you can honor it and, in turn, reconnect with your body’s wisdom.
