Ok, so week 2 has been completed. What a great week of work-out’s it has been. Challenging and uplifting. The w/o’s are based around Interval Training and supersets – they change daily and I feel like I am really pushing myself for the 1st time in ages.. I love the rower and I love skipping, so im a happy training bunny. The only downfall this week has been breaking blisters on my hand from all the kettlebell work 🙁 Doing this challenge has helped me re-focus on my training which had become a bit hap-hazzard with no clear goals.
