We heal in circle, in community
When we allow ourselves to be held & seen
When we allow our armour to come down
Our masks to come off
When we allow ourselves to listen to others’ stories
To others’ pain
To others’ courage.
We see ourselves in their stories
We recognise ourselves in their spirit
One of the greatest gift I gave myself was sitting in circle with other women
And one of the best things about my work is holding space IN circle for women in my community.
We listen, we hold, we hear, we encourage, we applaud, we cry with, we recognise, we empathise, we agree, we 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪, we love, we connect, we accept, we 𝗦𝗘𝗘 them.
It’s not an easy path to really 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗜𝗩𝗘 the love & acceptance of your sisters, or even yourself ..
Your inner critic will tell you all the reasons why you SHOULDN’T come into a (my) circle.
But that’s because your light scares you more than your darkness
What would happen for you if you were really 𝗦𝗘𝗘𝗡?
What would happen for you if you really felt a 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚?
