𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 🌟
Sometimes, when we reach a higher level of understanding or take a leap of faith, our fears and doubts can surface unexpectedly.
It’s like feeling torn between following your heart and listening to your rational mind, which can be pretty intimidating.
Imagine growing and changing like a plant being pulled from the ground—it’s disorienting and messy.
You’re left grappling with old habits and emotions that cling to you as you try to move forward.
Our inner struggles become even more apparent as we evolve as if our own shadows are resisting the change. This, too, doesn’t wish to be abandoned… it hopes to expand with us, but its wish is often unheard, so the shadow manifests in weird, seemingly attacking ways as we move in a different direction.
It’s a humbling journey filled with uncertainty and doubt.
Trusting your instincts can feel like navigating through unfamiliar territory, unsure if it will lead to what you truly desire.
𝗜𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿.
Fear can cloud our judgment and push us further from our goals. Ironically, what we fear, we often repel.
Clarity comes from a surrendered mind and a soul 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 enough to venture into the unknown, trusting that the right path will reveal itself in time.
Only a soul wild enough to uproot itself but calm enough to walk the earth in trust of what it will provide will find the soil it hopes to find 
During this year’s Rewilding Retreat, we will be exploring the topic of SHADOW and how our shadows can keep us from living our truth (albeit unconsciously)
