The Storm Bringer: Holy Weather

The Storm Bringer: Holy Weather

A powerful digital painting of "The Storm Bringer" archetype. A cloaked figure stands with their back to the viewer in a dark, purple-toned forest, arms raised high toward the sky as a massive bolt of bright purple lightning strikes down from above. Bold white serif text in the center reads "THE STORM BRINGER." Charli Wall’s professional purple and gold logo is in the top right corner.

Today’s archetype is The Storm Bringer.

She who knows her anger is holy weather—clearing what needed clearing.

Anger has been misnamed for generations, flattened into something dangerous, shameful, or immature.

Something to suppress, spiritualise, or turn inward.

But anger, when it is allowed to be felt cleanly, is not chaos, it is correction.

The Storm Bringer arrives when something has been crossed, when the body has said enough and the mind has been trained to override it.

She is the moment your system refuses to tolerate what it once endured.

This is not anger that lashes out.

It doesn’t perform, and it doesn’t need an audience.

It moves like weather.

Precisely.

Honestly.

Clearing distortion, false agreements, and the quiet erosion of self that comes from too much accommodation.

To meet The Storm Bringer is to stop making yourself wrong for feeling heat, to stop collapsing into guilt when your truth rises with force, and to allow anger to inform where boundaries are needed, where something must change, where you can no longer abandon yourself.

Not all storms destroy, some restore the land.

A reflection for today:

Where am I still containing anger that wants to move something honest into the open?

A small offering for The Storm Bringer

If you feel called, I’ve recorded a short grounding audio to accompany this archetype—a way to meet anger in the body without suppressing it or spilling it sideways.

It’s not about release or catharsis.
It’s about steadiness, containment, and allowing the heat to organise itself.

You can find it here:

Take it slowly, and let the body lead.

Have courage, dear heart.

PS As these days unfold, you may notice something subtle shifting—not in the mind, but in the body.

More sensation, honesty, and a clearer internal sense of what you can no longer override.

When feeling returns, it doesn’t always arrive neatly.

Sometimes it comes as heat, ache, or a steady internal pressure asking for your attention.

This is the terrain I work with inside Safe to Feel—a slow re-acquaintance with sensation, so the body no longer has to shout in order to be heard.

It’s an invitation to stay with what’s present, long enough for it to organise itself, to trust that the body knows the pace.

I’ll share more when it feels right.

For now, let this be enough.
