She Rises
Two 30 min exercise sessions per week live with me.
All sessions will be recorded and uploaded onto our member’s site and/or a Facebook group.
Yoga sessions will be added and guest Yoga instructors will also be delivering Yoga sessions.

Workouts will be inspired by the 7 Chakras of our body.
