🌿 July Circle╰┈➤ The Wild Woman: The Return of Eros

Last month, we travelled with the Seal Skin Woman, reclaiming parts of ourselves that had been hidden away so that we might feel a sense of belonging.

This month, something different begins to stir.

The Wild Woman does not ask us to become someone new.

She invites us to remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

The ancient Greeks called this life-giving current Eros.

Far more than romance or sexuality, Eros is the force that draws life towards life.

🌹 It lives in instinct

🌹 In beauty.

🌹 In creativity.

🌹 In laughter.

🌹 In the longing to wander into the woods.

🌹 In the tree you can’t stop thinking about.

🌹 In the sea that keeps calling your name.

🌹 In the quiet knowing that says, “Come this way.”

Many women become deeply familiar with their wounds, but few are encouraged to become equally familiar with their own aliveness, yet our bodies have always known the way.

Together we’ll explore ‘The Wild Woman’ through the lens of the female nervous system, discovering how survival can pull us away from our instinctive nature, and how EROS gently invites us back towards vitality, curiosity, pleasure, connection and belonging.

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore:

🌿 Why so many women feel disconnected from desire, creativity and joy.

🌿 The relationship between survival, shame and the loss of vitality.

🌿 How the female nervous system begins to orient towards beauty, pleasure and connection as safety grows.

🌿 Learning to trust the quiet pull towards what nourishes you.

This month is an invitation to listen differently, notice what your body has been reaching towards all along, follow the thread of curiosity, rediscover beauty, and to remember that beneath everything you have carried, your Wild Woman has been quietly waiting.
