The Medial Woman: Breathing Underwater

September 21 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
September Circle Transmission
There are seasons in a woman’s life when the answers do not come quickly, the way forward maybe unclear, something maybe changing beneath the surface, or life continues around her, yet inwardly she knows she is in deeper water 💧
This month in The Circle, we are entering The Medial Woman; the woman who knows how to move between worlds, between the inner and the outer, between solitude and relationship, and between what is known and what is still becoming.
We will explore what it means to stay connected to ourselves when life feels unresolved, when certainty is unavailable, when the impulse is to fix, organise, overthink, disappear into responsibility, or reach too quickly for an answer.
We will look at the female nervous system’s relationship with uncertainty, the ways we can lose contact with our own rhythms when we live too long inside everyone else’s needs, and what happens when a woman begins to remember her own ecology again.
🌊 Her tides.
🌱 Her seasons.
🧘🏼‍♀️ Her limits.
📿 Her instinct for when to descend, when to be still, and when it is time to surface.
We will speak about intentional solitude and the difference between being alone and leaving ourselves, about the capacity to remain with our own experience without immediately rushing away from it, and about what becomes possible when we learn to trust that we can stay with ourselves in the depths.
There will be teaching, reflection, embodied practice, and space to notice where you may be living too far from your own inner rhythm.
A few of the questions we will explore:
🌊 Where am I trying to force an answer because I find the not-knowing difficult to bear?
🌊 Where have I become so immersed in work, responsibility or other people that I can no longer hear myself clearly?
🌊 What tells me it is time to go inward?
🌊 What tells me it is time to surface?
🌊 What would change if I trusted myself to stay with myself, even here?
This is an invitation into depth, into listening, into the quieter wisdom beneath the noise.
Into the woman who knows how to breathe underwater.
