Mental Health for Young People with Katherine Chidiac

Hi ladies, this is something new I am trying for the monthly guest coach. Today we have a wonderful lady called Kat
Chidiac, who is a mum, creative, entrepreneur, author and teacher who loves exploring the fundamental truth of our experience with individuals, groups and in a variety of educational settings.
She especially loves working with young people and is the author of her book called, ‘Now is New’
I will be live-streaming into the main free FB group (The Freedom Group) for my podcast interview, then following that interview I will invite you ladies to join my on Zoom so you can ask her any questions you may have.
