La Loba: Walking the Land
January 12 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

January Circle Gathering
January is not a month for pushing forward or reinventing yourself, it is a month for orientation.
In Women Who Run With the Wolves, La Loba does not begin by singing, she begins by walking the land, alone, slowly, instinctively, gathering what remains.
This Circle is an invitation into that same rhythm.
Rather than emotional excavation or deep processing, this session is about:
•settling the female nervous system
•restoring a sense of internal ground
•noticing what still belongs to you, without force
•settling the female nervous system
•restoring a sense of internal ground
•noticing what still belongs to you, without force
We meet La Loba before the song
in the quiet work of sensing, tracking, and standing where we are.
What we’ll explore:
•La Loba as an archetype of instinctual orientation
•Walking the land as a nervous-system practice (not a metaphor)
•Bones as structure, ground, and truth—not memory
•How the female nervous system settles through clarity, pace, and self-location
•Letting go of urgency, without collapsing
This is not about healing, fixing, or revisiting old stories, it’s about placing your feet on the ground of your own life.
What to expect
•A gentle mythic transmission rooted in Women Who Run With the Wolves
•Simple, embodied practices to support grounding and orientation
•Space to listen inwardly, without pressure to share or perform
•A quieter Circle
less emotional labour, more presence

•A quieter Circle
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Before the song, before the fire, there is the walking.
This is a month for letting the body remember where it stands and allowing that to be enough.
I look forward to walking this land with you.
