Reclaiming my inner throne and true sovereignty has been quite the journey.
It has emerged from what I was taught, leading me through sacrifice, compromise, and the sometimes unintentional stifling of my deepest impulses—often wearing a mask without even realising it.
Peeling away layers of protection and armour has become a lifelong adventure with no clear end in sight.
But it’s a journey of constant evolution, of Becoming and Belonging, of experiencing the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, all while embracing myself more fully and authentically in life’s relational dance.
In my pursuit of truth, aliveness, and integrity, I find myself continuously drawn towards connection — a connection that allows me to stay true to myself while engaging deeply with others, and one of the ways I do this is within my Circle, and my beloved retreats!
Navigating the path of individuation and soul alignment, which is often overlooked in spiritual teachings, demands a delicate balance of integrating our human and spiritual selves.
Our world is numb, disconnected, and fragmented, and so we find ourselves standing on the edge of a precipice, urged to integrate our higher capacities to confront the crises ahead.
This integration calls us into the liminal space, where the familiar fades away, and new possibilities emerge.
It’s a space where Clarissa Pinkola Esté’s metaphor of “𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿” deeply resonates—a current within us, that has its unique rhythm, filled with stillness, intelligence, and power.
Embodying the soul means transcending the limitations of personality and delving into the boundless depths of our being.
But this journey also requires grounding – descending into our bodies and connecting with the earth to fully embody our spiritual nature – and this is my hope for you if you decide to come to Spain next month
The future isn’t just a destination; it’s beckoning us forward with a magnetic pull, urging us to embrace our entirety and confront what we’ve avoided.
The soul, wild by nature, effortlessly navigates the liminal space, where familiarity fades, and forgotten secrets linger in the darkness — waiting for someone to bring them to light.
As we tune into the river beneath the river, we reconnect with unbroken resources, anchoring ourselves in the light of spirit and the love of our interconnected world.
Despite the deep wounds in our human nature, we’re called to bring consciousness and compassion into the darkness, reconnecting with our lost and abandoned parts.
Embracing our multidimensional selves means meeting each moment with all of who we are, embracing the sacred union of our highest aspirations and deepest vulnerabilities.
With each step, we listen closely to the soul’s guidance, allowing it to lead us on this ever-unfolding journey of 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.
Have courage
