Dave Elleray: May Guest Coach

I am really pleased to welcome Dave to our circle as May’s guest coach. He is married to Jenny Elleray, and they have just had a baby girl 
After years of struggling with anger, depression, and drinking, Dave’s life was transformed in a single moment.
He became aware of profound simplicity and gained insight into the innocent misunderstanding that creates all mental suffering.
Unsurprisingly Dave made the decision to focus on helping others to uncover their own true mental health and his journey since then has been joyful and fascinating.
Dave has since traveled widely giving talks and working closely with a wide range of people in diverse settings.
This is definitely not one to miss.
