Trust yourself.

At your root, at your core, there is something wonderful and greater than you can imagine.

Don’t trust what you have been taught, what you think, or what you believe about yourself.

(Especially what you think!)

Insecurities lie

Deeper than that, trust the silence of your soul and the inner voice of calm that resides in all of us.

Have you asked yourself the question, ‘What or Who are you listening to? in your daily life?

Where are you putting your trust?

Are you listening to:

  • You’re own self-critical thoughts?
  • Other people’s opinions?
  • The media or social media?
  • Your judgments and comparisons of others?

Mostly listening to those voices leads us to live in fear, being in the ‘should do/ could do/ what if’ category and hiding from the light that resides within every single one of you – which can then lead to habits of behaviour, which we then have judgement around.

What if..

What if you tuned into that deeper part of you that always knows your truth?

That part of you that holds infinite possibilities?

That wisdom has your back, and always has done, trust in that.

Trust yourself 🙂
