My name is Charli Wall and I have coached hundreds of women just like you. Over my years re-aligning women with their true life path, as well as running a successful health and fitness business, I have learned that when women come together, we can move mountains.

SheConnects Circle membership includes
Fitness and yoga sessions you can do at home, either LIVE with me OR in your own time. You will have the guidance you need from a very experienced coach (me!), and the freedom to do the sessions when it is convenient for you. The sessions will all take place in the private Facebook group, and will stay stored there for you to go back to time and time again.
An energetic, supportive group of like-minded women, providing unity, friendship and connection. We show up, day in and day out, to learn from each other and lift each other up. This is the community you’ve been craving.
A library of vegetarian and non-vege recipes – a place to share and take inspiration for your own nutritional wellness. I want to be able to take away the stress and thinking around meal planning.
We will have different themed months i.e. anxiety, wellbeing, mental health, confidence menopause etc, so that you have easy-to-digest content split into distinct monthly themes relevant to you. SheConnects will cover all phases of life to enable you to get the support you need.
One specialist guest interview per month, likely based around our theme of the month, giving you additional expertise and guidance from (in my opinion), best-in-their-field experts as well as honest, raw stories from people who have risen from dark times.
Bi-monthly troubleshooting coffee & chat Q&A sessions with me. I will answer your questions and coach you through your challenges. This is a space for you to soar – to express yourself openly and honestly. These sessions will take place via a group Zoom call.
Weekly ‘Ask me anything’ questions answered and content with me, live, in a group setting, on the private Facebook group enabling you to understand yourself and your world better, and to live with less stress..
Walking to Wellness – a place to share our walking to wellness pictures. Walking, or cycling or running outside has tremendous benefits for mental health, and I want to encourage you to get outside.
Female-specific hormonal information, to empower you to live your best life, especially if you are heading into mid-life, but useful for all women.
The intuitive exercise sessions , will take place twice a week for a maximum of 30 minutes per session, which is perfect for women over 35. I will do Yoga and HIIT sessions. There are over 100 sessions already to choose from within the members vault.
Book Club – a place to share what books we love and recommend them to the other members of the group
This is an anti-diet space. The purpose of this group is to provide self-care from the inside out accepting all women as they are.
Calming monthly meditation audios to listen in your own time.
Monthly guest speakers who come along, share their wisdom, and coach you around your current mental health issues – all included within the price.
