As the festive season approaches, I wanted to take a moment to wish you a peaceful and joyous time, whether you celebrate this occasion or not.
I plan to dedicate the upcoming week to immersing myself in much-needed rest for my mind, body, and soul.
During this period, I’ll be taking a break from social media—a practice I find essential to recalibrate and distance myself from the overwhelming stimulation we often encounter.
Navigating the online realm, especially as someone running an online business, can be a challenge, and my love-hate relationship with social media prompts me to take regular breaks.
I genuinely appreciate the space and clarity it brings to my life.
On a brighter note, yesterday I enjoyed a delightful walk in Wells-Next-The-Sea with my son and his playful puppy, Riley
The weather and skies in Norfolk have been spectacular, adding to the overall beauty of the week.
Witnessing my son, Zak, evolve into a responsible and compassionate young man has been a source of immense joy.
My own exploration into the energetics of the feminine and masculine, both within and outside of myself, has deepened our connection which I am so very proud of, and he has been a great teacher to me.
His journey of growth, openness, and leading by example has been truly moving, often bringing me to tears.
I feel so grateful to be his mother.
Due to my deepened learning this year of really understanding and learning more about feminine and masculine energetics, I will be changing the name of my two main Facebook groups to align more with what I teach and how I show up in the online world.
I have asked the ladies in my free group for their opinions, and, if you are in my group, I would love to hear your thoughts (Link here)
This year, I have been able to evolve beyond my ingrained patterns which has had a profound impact on my experience of life, and my relationships within my life.
Are you ready to evolve beyond your ingrained patterns?
This question arises within me whenever I find myself caught in repetitive cycles.
It dawns on me that, in those moments, I am the constant factor shaping the dynamics unfolding in my life.
Experiencing a tinge of frustration upon recognising this recurrent pattern, I acknowledge that the process of repair commences with me.
I gently inquire into its origins because I realise this pattern repair starts with ME:
- What is the source of this feeling?
- What triggers my reactions?
- What emotions am I grappling with?
- Is there a historical event influencing my responses?
- What self-soothing measures can I take to improve my state?
As we begin to discern our patterns and defensive mechanisms, we gain access to the root of our pain and the unhealed wounds yearning for acknowledgement.
It becomes possible to cradle ourselves amidst the discomfort, taking accountability for how we choose to transform it.
Embarking on this journey requires courage.
Our bodies, resilient yet marked by the trials of life, harbour memories and traumas.
Through introspection, we can delve into the depths of self-awareness, sharing our narratives to facilitate healing collectively.
This process fosters the strength to engage in co-regulation within relationships, friendships, and family, breaking the cycle of self-isolation.
If you are ready to evolve beyond your ingrained patterns I would love to be your guide as you navigate through these sometimes dense and sticky places.

Just recently, I finished working with a wonderful lady called Sally. I want to share with you some of what she wrote to me upon completion:
It is always such an honour to be your guide, thank you for being in my field, whether that is as an email subscriber, a listener of my podcast, a watcher of my YouTube channel, a 1:1 client, or a member of my groups.
Have a peaceful time,
All my love,
