DESCRIPTION:I have invited Chana Studley to be our guest this month\, and I will be doing it in the same style as our last month’s coach\, where I will interview her for my podcast live on the ‘Freedom Group’\, then give you ladies the link so you can all join the conversation.\nHere is a little bit about Chana:\nChana Studley recovered from severe PTSD after 3 violent attacks in the UK and spent the next 25 years combining a very successful Academy Award Winning career in Hollywood with coaching and counselling people with trauma\, addictions and relationship problems.\nAfter graduating from ‘The One Thought’ Institute in 2018 she noticed that her 25 years of chronic pain had completely gone and so conducted research to discover if she could reproduce this experience in others.\nFollowing the success of 5 case studies she developed a program called ‘Painless’ and is now helping clients worldwide with all kinds of health issues and working with doctors and clinicians to introduce them to the ‘Three Principles’.\nMost recently she has started working with people with Long Covid and is having great success in helping them get back to their innate health.\nChana is a World Health Organisation Psychological First Responder an international speaker and author.\nShe has Diploma in Psychology and is certified Life Coach with 30 years experience.\nChana’s first book\, ‘The Myth of Low Self Esteem’ – a novel about PTSD\, Hollywood and healing came out in 2019 and her second\, ‘Painless’\, a novel about chronic pain and the Mind-Body connection was published in 2021.\nHer next novel\, ‘Very Well’\, all about hormones\, will be out later this year.\n“‘Painless’ has the potential to awaken fresh hope to the millions of people worldwide who spend the majority of every day enveloped and overwhelmed by their experience of pain.
