DESCRIPTION:Recently\, as part of Anna’s 3p Coaching course with Rachel Singleton and Ian Watson – they experienced coaching with a woman called Sarah Tyers.\n\nAnna told me about Sarah\, and I just knew I had to ask her to be our Circle guest coach.\n\nHere is a little it about Sarah:\n\nJust over four years ago I was suicidal.\n\nI couldn’t feel love for my daughter and I couldn’t fight for my life.\n\nI had a deep knowing that life could be joyful and full of love\, but it evaded me.\n\nIt took a stage four cancer diagnosis for me to look in a different direction.\n\nWhen I did\, I understood deeply that we are living in the experience of our thinking\, and that there is so much more available to us.\n\nThen as I lived through what looked like the hardest times\, I felt connected to myself and more vital than I ever had.\n\nThis experience and my understanding of the Three Principles enables me to coach others into reconnecting with and living more fully from their own wellbeing.\n\nTo create and embrace their lives from that place – whatever their circumstances.\n\nSarah’s website is www.freefromtherhetoric.com\n\nI hope you will join us
