Cambridge Fitness Coach gets through days 6 and 7.. :0) YES!! Wooooo, I have to admit to feeling so groggy during that first week, that I began to question why I was doing this.. Why was I pouting, dragging myself through the day, putting even more pressure on myself than usual… And as I thought about it, I realised that we ALL have bad days, We ALL have weak moments – We all get tired, have thoughts of giving up, feel desperately insecure/ neurotic/ crazy (or is that just me? 😉 But we just DO IT ANYWAY!! If you are reading this and are following the plan with me, one of the first things to remember is to BE KIND TO YOURSELF! I had to sit down and remind myself why I was doing this… How do we stay motivated?
We can ask oursleves the following questions..
- Why did I decide to follow this path?
- Do I want to stay where I am now, or move forward to my vision?
- What were my goals and objectives at the beginning of this plan?
- Will that processed junk food make me happy or self-berating?
- Will skipping my exercise routine get me the body/mind that I want?
I guess you have the power to choose, as do I. The choice really is YOURS.
I am going to re-write my own goals, even though I feel better today, I am becoming too busy again to fit in my exercise regime which is very frustrating #maketimeforme !!!
I am also very aware of the need for the PMT part 2, which I WILL get too, I am still researching the subject :0)
Keep going Cambridge Bootcamp chicks.. Week 2 is here :0)

Very timely and helpful prompts for keeping up motivation – I especially like “Do I want to stay where I am now or move forward?” – challenging the temptation not to think about it too much and just go, I am so fed up…
