Day 2 – Today i have been mostly feeling G.R.U.M.P.Y!! I have a head ache, and actually feel like I am pre-menstrual. Physiologically, all that’s happening is that I am starting the process of clearing out the toxins from my body. This process starts with the liver – which means that the liver becomes even more burdoned with toxins whilst the detox process starts.
Here is a link to explain about the liver written by one of Dax Moy’s coaches http://www.londonpersonaltrainingstudio.com/blog/?tag=dax-moy-shai-james-liver-personal-trainer-training-islington-london
I have supping water, and herbal teas all day.. Namely stimulating teas this morning, and Tulsi tea during the afternoon and evening. I have been asked to explain about Tulsi tea so I have found this link too http://www.organicindia.com/tulsi-facts-2.php
Tulsi tea also has adaptogen properties , meaning that it helps control our cortisol levels (the stress hormone) – which I will go into more detail at a later date.
I will write more details as we go into the 30 days, but for now, I need my bed and cuppa Tulsi .
For some reason I cannot seem to upload the pictures of me on day one, but as I am a techno dunce, I will not worry too much about it now. Am going to attempt my goal of meditation, and turning the computer off before 10pm!!
Hope you Cambridge Bootcamp Girls are doing well :0)

Sorry you’re not loving the detox, but as you know, it’s necessary to dump the crap every now and then (mentally and physically).
Keep inspiring us
