As we approach the end of the Gregorian New Year (a reminder that Solstice starts the New Year) there is an opportunity to choose to dream newness into form, and gently move towards your visions that have been seeded into you.
If you are like me, in the Northern Hemisphere, the winter chill (and rain!!) lingers on.
However, with the lunar new year just around the corner in early February, anticipate more light, budding possibilities, and a rejuvenating sense of life.
This last year has seen some deep initiations and learning for me, and I hope 2024 continues to give the same.
I would encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your blessings and continue to hibernate as we step into this new year.
Embrace the darkness, relish the stillness.
One of my favourite ways to absorb the invigorating infrared energy of winter is by walking at sunrise, and sunset, and cocooning under a blanket with my two dogs and my fire roaring.
